How a service reaches your dashboard

  1. Bind the right account. An operator links each source-service account to one Tucana Shield organization. Customers only see the organization their session authorizes.
  2. Install a scoped credential. The server uses a dedicated summary credential. Provider, administrator and deployment keys are not sent to the browser.
  3. Validate the response. Tucana Shield checks the expected service, organization, freshness, fields and bounds. A failed check is shown as unavailable.
  4. Enable and observe. After service-side acceptance, enable the read-only connection. Review timestamps and incomplete windows before interpreting counts.

VI1 Chat remains off until its authentication and rate-limit correction is verified and its private key is configured.

Customer workspace

Review your organization’s API access, evidence, reports and service summaries. Grafana is the default dashboard view. Service connections appear only when configured and authorized.

Customer sign-in

Owner workspace

Review customer scope, connection status, evidence and approvals across the platform. Owner access requires the existing authorized sign-in.

What happens outside Tucana Shield?

Phone calls, messages and voice synthesis continue in their respective services. Their existing features do not automatically become Tucana Shield features. Changes such as making a call, sending a message or generating audio need a separately implemented and authorized action connector.

Start with a defined scope.

Choose your organization, identify the service owner and agree what information should appear. Credentials are installed privately; never send them through the public contact form.
