| Function | What you can do | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Grafana dashboard | Default owner and customer view of recorded API outcomes, with a refreshable private chart image. | Shows the authorized scope and available evidence. It is not a Grafana editor or proof that every customer API is protected. |
| API access | Issue, expire and revoke scoped read-only customer API keys. | Company-owner permission is required. A key does not authorize changes in Call, Chat or VoxVain. |
| Team and organization | Manage invited users and inspect account activity within the permitted role. | Customer sessions stay within their organization; the platform owner has a broader administrative scope. |
| Evidence, findings and reports | Review retained evidence, alerts, correlations and report exports. | Useful records require an enrolled source. Missing or stale records must be treated as gaps. |
| Devices and enrollment | Prepare an enrollment invitation and track confirmation from a device. | Creating or downloading an invitation is not completed enrollment or verified endpoint coverage. |
| Notifications and webhooks | Configure available delivery channels and inspect delivery results. | Each destination needs its own setup and test. A notification does not execute remediation. |
| Coverage and sources | Register intended targets, connect approved evidence sources and review verification status. | A target is not protected just because it is listed. Gateway attachment and traffic coverage need validation. |
| Service summaries | Prepared VI1 Call, VI1 Chat and VoxVain panels show bounded aggregate information after activation. | All three connectors are currently off. They have no calling, messaging, synthesis or administrative actions. |
| Approvals and investigation | Record a proposed response and its authority; review prepared investigation controls. | An approval record does not isolate a device or change another service. Execution needs a separately enabled action path. |
| Billing records | Inspect invoices and approved test quotes; open Stripe test checkout when configured. | Test mode only. This does not collect a real payment, activate a commercial subscription or enable protection. |
| Owner AI settings | Inspect model configuration, budget settings and synthetic connection-check results. | This is not a conversational assistant and does not provide autonomous remediation. |
| Owner operations | Review cross-customer scope, readiness, leads, recovery records and offboarding workflows. | Recovery readiness depends on verified backups and restore checks; a configured workflow is not a recovery guarantee. |
Sign in, confirm your organization, review the dashboard’s evidence window and inspect a connection’s status. If the source is unavailable, follow up with its owner before treating an empty chart as a result.
