Privacy notice

The public website

The marketing pages do not use advertising cookies. Hosting and CDN services may process operational request data; those services have their own data-handling terms. The design uses local assets and system fonts. The website is delivered through Cloudflare and its hosting server, which handle network requests and operational logs.

The assessment form collects your name, work email, company, headcount, organization type, workspace, optional note, and consent to be contacted. Valid requests are saved for Tucana Shield to review. The form does not send a confirmation email or take payment. Do not include passwords, customer files, health records, or other sensitive records.

Private workspaces

Owner, staff, and customer sign-in use essential session cookies. Customer portal records can include organization and user details, password hashes, API access records, supporting device inventory and case records, response decisions, reports, invoices, and account activity. Company accounts have separate access permissions. Platform-owner access can view all organizations; a customer account is restricted to its organization.

Setup links are private, single-use credentials that expire after 72 hours. Share them only with the intended person. Owner access uses the existing Command Center sign-in. The portal does not process card payments or automatically email invitations.

Security data and service readiness

Connection and enforcement status depend on the environment and must be verified for each connector. A recorded approval does not itself execute an API restriction or a host action. Production security data must wait for backend validation, an agreed scope, and appropriate contracts.

API evidence retention must be defined in the written scope; it is not a retention policy for website submissions or portal accounts. Storage location, retention and deletion periods, a privacy contact address, and any required business associate agreement must be finalized before service activation. No one-year archive or certification is promised.
