Website and pricing

Using the website or submitting an assessment request does not make you a customer or activate monitoring. The workspace subscription, separately agreed service usage, setup, support, taxes, payment terms and any minimum commitment require a written proposal before activation.

Planned service scope

Automation coverage and human review hours must be defined in the agreed service scope. A staffed 24/7 SOC and a guaranteed response time are not offered. Owner AI settings currently support model configuration and synthetic connection checks. They are not a conversational assistant or an autonomous response service.

Portal accounts provide access to stored records. Approving a response records authorization only while the execution connector is unavailable. Reports are not certifications, and recorded device status is not a live protection guarantee.

Documents still to complete

A master services agreement, order form, responsibility matrix, and adopted privacy policy must define the monitored systems, hours, response authority, customer duties, data handling, retention, liability, insurance, term, termination, and pilot exit. These documents are not supplied by this page.

Customers will need named contacts, maintained agents, independent backups, and an agreed owner for system changes. Work requiring a business associate agreement must wait until one exists. Named technology projects do not endorse or affiliate with Tucana Shield.

Until the necessary agreements and validation are complete, do not send production data or describe Tucana Shield as a service beyond the scope explicitly agreed in writing.
