TUCANA SHIELD / CONNECTED SERVICES

VI1 Call
Phone service visibility.

See how your phone service is performing without exposing call content in your security dashboard.

AFTER VALIDATED ACTIVATION

What the summary can show

  • Completed calls over the preceding 24 hours, excluding simulated calls.
  • Answered, AI-handled, voicemail, missed, unanswered, blocked and other call outcomes.
  • Total recorded talk time and the completeness of the source window.
  • Observed API health and reported phone, media and AI-worker dependency status.

A practical workflow

An operator can review missed-call counts and dependency signals, then investigate the phone service in VI1 Call. A count or an unavailable dependency is a review signal, not proof of an incident.

Read the limits with the numbers

Summaries are time-bounded, may be partial and can become stale. They are not continuous surveillance, a full source-system history or a security guarantee. No private account IDs, phone numbers, credentials or conversation content are published here.

Start with a defined scope.

Choose your organization, identify the service owner and agree what information should appear. Credentials are installed privately; never send them through the public contact form.
