API SECURITY / MISSION CONTROL

Strong claims need
specific evidence.

A proof, a passing test and a connected production control answer different questions. Keep the scope of each visible.

WHAT THIS ESTABLISHES

Executable boundaries.

The October 8 recovery release passed 208 API tests. Tenant, object, scope, quota, revocation and response checks ran against isolated synthetic state.

SCOPE LIMIT

A passing test suite covers its assertions and fixtures, not every production environment.

SPECIFICATION

What must remain true?

Tenant identity is derived from verified credentials. Customer data stays inside the authorized tenant. Revocation and offboarding remove access under the documented request semantics.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL

What has the model proved?

Formal work focuses on defined access-control properties and their assumptions. A theorem about an abstract model is not a proof of the entire deployed JavaScript service, cloud or operating system.

IMPLEMENTATION TESTS

Does this code enforce the boundary?

Exercise cross-tenant requests, invalid and revoked credentials, disallowed scopes, malformed inputs and state transitions. Bind results to the tested code version.

DEPLOYMENT EVIDENCE

Does the real request take this path?

Verify gateway attachment, current policy, sensor visibility, event delivery and rollback in the actual environment. Unavailable integrations remain gaps.

What this public site demonstrates

The request lab is a local simulation with fictional records. It demonstrates policy concepts and makes no network call to a customer API. Cinematic room graphics and charts are illustrative.

What still needs environment-specific acceptance

Inline gateway compatibility, identity mapping, route coverage, false-positive rates, load behavior, tenant isolation in analytics, response authorization, expiry, kill switch and rollback must all be verified for each enabled connector.

Tucana Shield does not claim whole-system mathematical security, guaranteed prevention of future attacks, or that a WAF alone solves broken object authorization or business-logic abuse.

YOUR NEXT MOVESCOPE BEFORE ENFORCEMENT

START WITH ONE API

Make the boundary visible.
Then prove the control works.

Bring your gateway, an API contract and a test environment. Define the evidence, owners and response limits for a scoped pilot.
