Log transport

Collect, reshape, and route approved telemetry. Vector is the transport pipeline that helps move the right data to the right destination.

  • Sources. Receive supported logs and telemetry from the agreed systems.
  • Transformations. Normalize, filter, and reshape events for downstream use.
  • Destinations. Route records to a configured sink or processing system.
  • Pipeline health. Review delivery, buffer, and processing behavior during operation.

Approved sources and destinations, tested transforms, secure transport, and capacity planning. Transporting an event does not itself detect an attack.
